Terms of use

NearHear is currently a small, invite-only friends-and-family test, offered free of charge. By using it during this beta, you agree to the following.

• This is a test product. Features, availability, and data may change or be reset without notice.
• Ticket purchases happen entirely on the official ticketing provider's own site — NearHear only links you there and is not a party to any ticket transaction.
• Do not use NearHear to attempt to access another person's account or private data.
• You can stop using NearHear and delete your account and data at any time from account settings.
• See the privacy notice for what NearHear stores.
